The goal of the program:

1 - To educate the Sapa guide community (Ethnic and Kinh) on a wide range of topics such as, Safety while trekking, cooking to prevent food poisoning, How to handle difficult customers, Trekking scripts and information to discuss while trekking. (there are many many topics to discuss)

2 - This program will be a great way for the Sapa Tourism Information Centre to spread information through the guide community and to the tourists in Sapa.

3 - To offer the Sapa guide community a "Club" and a support network so that they have people to talk to about problems or questions.

What is needed?

1          A room to conduct the meeting weekly

2          Tea and coffee and snacks

3          A white board for writing and white board markers

4          Chairs for enough people to sit on
