All children have the right to going to school, but those children who leave home for the city without any documents of their family, birthplace; children whose one of parents died in prison or because of traffic accidents; children who were given births under the bridge, do not know who fathers are and when their birthdays are, they are not allowed to go to a normal public school, because they do not have enough documents. There is a teacher gathering them, offering them free education with very modest allowance to the teacher, and in a very poor class. The children go to the class half of the day, the other half they polish shoes, sell newspapers, or even beg at the old quarter.
